March 2004 It's spring!  I love this season!  I start feeling a renewal of energy and excitement for life!  I hope that this letter will find you at a good time in your life. I read a story one time about seeing the world through rose-colored glasses.  When you put them on, everything looks richer in color and beauty. We can have an inner pair of rose-colored glasses inside our minds, which remind us of our blessings.  I think a lot about the importance of being grateful and appreciating what life offers us.  When we use our inner rose-tinted lenses to look at the world and the people around us, we find beauty we had not noticed before. Hope this helps you get started on this fun project!  Order now "Beary" Helpful Hints:  Organize your workspace  I find that if my workspace is organized, I feel better and I do better!  I keep my palette to my right.  To the right of my palette are the water basin and two sheets of folded white paper towels to use when drying and blotting excess water and/or paint.  I replace the paper towel as soon as it is used up.  Of course you may have a wonderful setup that works for you! After painting a little while, I'll observe that I have bottles of paint everywhere!  I start feeling crowded in my workspace.  That is when it is time to re-organize.  I will have these little checks often when I am working intensely on a project.  It will give you a renewed desire for the next steps on your project. Those checkpoints are also a great time to take a little break...stretch, potty break, lunch, etc.  Whatever makes you feel better! Now it's time to paint again!
